The tracking link provided to affiliates must be used correctly in order to track sales accurately. Any failure to use the tracking link properly may result in the loss of commissions.
5.1 Branding and Content
Affiliates are allowed to use BangladeshShoes.com logos, banners, and marketing materials, but must adhere to our branding guidelines.
5.2 Content Restrictions
Affiliates must not use content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of third parties. Affiliates must not engage in spamming or unsolicited email marketing.
6.1 Termination by BangladeshShoes.com
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time if we believe there is a violation of this Affiliate Policy or unethical behavior in the promotion of our products. In the event of termination, all pending commissions will be void.
6.2 Termination by Affiliate
Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying BangladeshShoes.com. In such cases, no further commissions will be paid after the termination date.
Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information related to BangladeshShoes.com, including commission rates, sales data, and customer information. This information must not be shared with third parties without our written consent.
8.1 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee a specific number of sales or earnings for affiliates. Success depends on the affiliate's marketing efforts and the market conditions.
8.2 Indemnification
